App: mini-sudoku

Effective date: July 15, 2026

Overview MiniGrid: Sudoku Game (“the app”) is a puzzle game. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control or delete it.

Data we collect Account data (only if you choose to sign in): • Guest sign-in: an anonymous account identifier and the display name you type in. No email or password. • Google Sign-In: your Google account’s user ID, email address, and display name, provided to us by Google when you sign in.

Gameplay data: your best time, mistake count, and stars per level, submitted to a public leaderboard under your display name and stored against your account identifier.

Local-only data: your puzzle progress, unlock status, and app settings (theme, sound, vibration) are stored only on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.

Advertising data: the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA, requested via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, or Android’s advertising ID) to show relevant ads. If you decline tracking permission, or on Android generally, ads are shown without personalization.

How we use this data To let you save progress and compete on level leaderboards, and to show and measure ads that support free access to the app. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the above.

Third parties Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) stores your account and leaderboard data. Google AdMob / Google Sign-In serve ads and (optionally) sign you in. Both are covered by Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Data retention & deletion Leaderboard and account data is kept until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account and its associated leaderboard profile at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and your aggregate profile record. Individual past leaderboard scores may remain visible as historical entries tied to a now-deleted account identifier, with no way to link them back to you afterward.

Children’s privacy MiniGrid: Sudoku Game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us below and we will delete it.

Your choices You can play without signing in at all; sign-in is only required to appear on leaderboards. You can sign out or delete your account at any time from Settings. On iOS, you can change your ad tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
